I am aware that most of Disney does not set the stage super well, but I do know that he killed his family and went on many quests, killing many many creatures and taking many things. So overall his intentions were good, but maybe the way he put them out wasn't, as he just seemed to kill everything in sight and that seemed to have an aspect of evil

Hercules is a very strong and tall hero.Who turns green when he gets upset.

I know that he was a hero and that I believe it was him that was sent to kill the minotaur. And that's about all I know about him aside from the fact that we usually use his Roman name rather than his greek name

He was son of Zeus, and he didn't discover his power until he was older. The original story was much darker, as he killed his family. And because of that, he went on his 13 trials to prove himself after the event, trails included carnivorous horses, hydra, and sphinx

I know that Hercules was a Greek hero who fought the Nemean Lion, among other things. He killed his family, and was the son of one of the Gods. I don't know much about Hercules though, except the very inaccurate Disney movies. It was mentioned before that Hercules and Theseus are cousins, but that is the extent of my knowledge.

Heracles father was Zeus, he was a great hero, he rode Pegasus.

The only things I really know about Hercules is the Disney version of the story, and I don’t know what parts are actually true in the story. I also know he is the great-grandson to Perseus.

My prior knowledge to Hercules was the movie about how he was half god half man and with that movie it showed the legacy with him about how great he was and how much of a hero he is. While he can be perceived as a hero, in the literature that is in the Greek Mythology texts it shows that he is not so good to his family and can show the evil side to the hero that we thought we know.

I am not aware about Herculies I just know that Disney created a movies based off of the story of Herciles. I assume that he experiences a hero journey and has positive intentions.

I know that he was a hero that had immense strength. He was the son of Zeus and ended up becoming a god himself. One of the main things that he does is save his love from the underworld from Hades grasp. He also slayed a hydra and many other animals and beasts.

Heracles was a Greek demigod who's father was Zeus. He is one of the most famous Greek heroes, he killed his family after his expeditions. He was Hera's favorite, even though he was a child of Zeus.

From what I know of Heracles he was a great hero and the son of Zeus. He's known for his strength. He's also known for going on many crazy adventures. Besides that I don't know much about Heracles except there's an animated movie about him I've seen a very long time ago.

Most everything I know about Hercules comes from the Disney animated movie made about him. The Disney version is nicer because he doesn't kill his parents in it. In the Disney version they make him look brave, handsome, and genuine. I also know that Hercules is very strong.

my existing knowledge of Hercules is based off of the Disney movie of Hercules.I remember that his strength set him apart from the other Greek Gods. According to the movie he was born from gods but was raised by humans. Hercules is portrayed similar to the Hulk, quick to anger and known for great strength.

Honestly, the most I know about Hercules is that he is the son of Zeus, and he is well known for being incredibly strong. As well as going down a path of many adventures and being half god half man.

I know hercules is the most well know greek hero. I know he was a son of Zeus and was extremely strong. When he was younger he killed his family. As a punishment for his crime, he goes on 12 trails. Which he is sent across Greece completing great feats that result in him becoming a great hero. He was eventually killed by his wife who thought that he was being unfaithful.

I know that the God, Hercules was mostly known for his strength. I also know that he was the son of Zeus but didn't discover his strength or power until he was a bit older. In the original Hercules story he killed his family, although this is not portrayed in the Disney version.

To be perfectly candid, I don't know much about the Hercules/Heracles myth at all-- obviously I saw the animated movie (5 stars on Yelp), but it's clear that adaptation isn't really true to form. In the movie he was this little cute demigod, with Zeus as a father. Hades got jealous though, and tried to kill him, but failed and Hercules ended up in the mortal world. Eventually, Hercules wanted to be a hero and started to train with a little goat man and then successfully became that hero. In the myth, however, he kills his parents and is a super angry dude, so I'm just going to say I don't know much about the real story.

The only thing I really know about Hercules is his extreme strength that he had to acquire from non stop training. And He had to accomplish twelve tasks that challenged him.

I knew Hercules as the big strong hero that everyone loved

All I know about Hercules is from the Disney version which means they had left some important parts out. I know that he is very strong and he was mortal but then became immortal by proving himself worthy from the Disney film.

The only thing I know about Hercules is what is shown in the Disney version. So I know some of the basic plot points but none of the non-kid friendly things that they wouldn't show in the Disney version.

All i know about Hercules is whats in the Disney movie, and i know that its not accurate. I know hes the son of Zeus and that discovered he was a god later on in life after being "mortal" and devoted his life to helping others. But from otheres telling me i know that's not the right story and that he ended up killing his own family.

I knew a fair amount about the Hercules myth before taking another look at it. Hercules was the result of an affair between Zeus and the mortal woman Alcmena, which enraged Hera quite a bit. She attempted to kill him when he was an infant, sending snakes into his crib, but he killed them with his bare hands. After that, he grew up to be a great hero, but not before Hera drove him temporarily mad and caused him to kill his wife and children. Hercules at first glance might seem just like a regular hero, one who has confidence and pride and does what he wants to reach an end, but in reality, Hercules was a man who just had a bad hand dealt to him, and he fought to overcome this throughout his whole life.

I don’t know much about Hercules or Heracles. I think the “Disney” version of Hercules is a false representation of the actual Hercules. Hercules killed his parents, as well as his wife and children. He had to go on a quest of redemption too to be forgiven for what he had done. He’s the son of Zeus. Other than that, I don’t really know that much.
