The main thing I take from watching the video is that anyone can become good at anything they want to. This video can be applied to all aspects of life. After watching I am motivated to try harder in school and become the best I can. The video also makes me want to try new things and maybe find hidden talents.

My dream is to become a great singer. The fact that people can reach their goals with so much practice is inspiring. We all just wonder what life will shoot our way and we fear the past will catch up with us... How are we supposed to escape our past? Why do we want to? Why can we not accept our past and get on with our lives? Why must the past haumt us?

In life, we often see failure over success because few people have the desire to go the extra mile to train and work for what they desire. Watching this video was a great reminder to me that success comes with hard work, determination and perseverance. As was shown in the video, failure in the process to greatness is an occurrence, but it is the people who can overcome these defeats that succeed. This video has been inspirational and will give me another reminder never to quit on my dreams and passions because if I quit, I will never see the finish line.

In my mind, life is one big competition. There will always be someone trying to do better than you, someone always criticizing you on your life, or work. We are trained to not be selfish in our actions, yet how can that be when we are always fighting a battle with others? But there comes a time, as I have learned from Danny, where selfishness is okay. Everyone has a gift, whether they know it now or not, and should use it to the best of their ability. As I venture out into the big bad world, I need to understand that loving something you are good at is a huge asset, and to never ever let that go. Be the best you can be at the thing you love the most - nobody can take that away from you.

What I took away from this video is that no matter what you can achieve your dreams if you try hard enough and want it bad enough. The video we watched was very inspiring,I don't know what my dream is yet but I know I'll find one and achieve it one day.

Watching Danny McCaskill ride his bike the way he does and knowing he couldn't even ride a bike at first, it makes me think that the most successful people are the ones that overcome the greatest obstacles. If I run into any major obstacles, I hope I get over them and keep going to become as inspiring as someone like Danny McCaskill.

When I saw the video, it made me think of how everyone sees things in different perspectives. The way I see something, may look different, be more significant, more mezmorizing, to anyone else. And the perspectives we have, shape us into who we are, and how we go about our life...what we try hard for, what we're interested in. No matter what it is, you just have to keep pushing through it to get to your goal, like most things you do in life.

"Dont just fill an empty seat." The first day of American Lit with Mr.Kraus was life changing for me. He said those very words and I have carried them with me ever since. I connected his quote to this video because it shows that we shouldnt just waste our lives and talents away. Although coming to school every morning isnt our first priority, it should however be a learning expeirence that we should get the most out of. Just like we should get the most out of life. To many students take advantage of the educational system that is provided for them and only do the bare minimum. But what we dont realize is that our minds are much better than the bare mimimum. We belittle our talents to often with in school and dont look past the idea that it is school. This video shows that we can concur our talents and reveal to the world what we can truly do, an approach that many should take with education.

I thought it was interesting in the Industrial Revolutions presentation how Danny McCaskill chose to demonstrate his skill using the backdrop of an obsolete railway. To me, it symbolized how we are capable of taking something run-down and useless and transforming it into our own masterpiece. The presentation also reminded me of a quote by Albert Einstein: “Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid.” I believe we all are talented and capable of following our own unique passion, which will look different for every person.

Watching this video is proof that you really can do anything you set your mind to. I'm sure most people think, "how does he do that?" or "there's no way I could ever do that" while watching an incredible video like that. I bet those were his exact thoughts too. He did it though. We all have a purpose in life and you just have to push to achieve those goals.

The video reminds that to do something great, you have to practice inorder to reach your goal. The video also reminds me that you have to focus on one thing, not multiple of things because you will lose your focus which will then cause the lose of your goals. This video also makes motivated to try something new.

The main thing that I took away from the video is that no matter what you set your mind to, you can do anything. Also I would say from watching this video it tought me to never give up on something you really want to do in life. There is something that everyone is good at, you may not know what that is now, but you will know one day. Try new things and see if you like it, if you dont ever try something new you won't know what your actually good at. Everyone thinks that someone else is always better then them and that they can't ever be as good as that other person. If you try hard enough and not give up, you will learn that you could be just as good as someone else if you put enough time and effort into what you want to be better at. Life is one big competition is what i have learned but no matter what you want to be good at it is possible.

He was very inspiring to me because he was doing all these amazing tricks and stunts that seem so easy, but take so much effort to accomplish. I liked how they showed in the video Danny messing up because it proves that as long as you try hard enough, you'll eventually succeed in the end. In my life, I've learned not everything comes easy. You can't just assume you're great at something because you have natural talent, you've got to work at it. I think it also takes a lot of passion to do what you love, because without it you'll just be stuck in the same place you started.

If i were to come up with a "moral of the movie", I would say follow your passions with zeal. If you want something, do what ever you possibly can to become better, wholeheartedly, and get your name out there. Thats what it seems like Danny did, and now he's living the dream doing what he loves. Applying this to my own life, it gives me motivation to do everything I can to follow my passions, doing well in school, so that i can travel the world the way i have planned to.

Like the world we live in as teenagers it seems as if there are an innumerable amount of obstacles to traverse. Whether it be relationships, education, jobs, or money. And also similarly to the video we have many ways we can get by these obstacles. What works for one person might not work for another and vice versa. The fact that he abandoned his life to go and follow his dream does speak to me in that whatever you choose to do with your life you must do it with all your being or else you will not accomplish anything that will last.

What i learned from this is that u can do anything that you want if you work hard at it. Obviously certain people are going to have limitations that would prevent them from doing certain things but other than that most people are going to be able to do pretty much anything they want if they work for it. This reminds me of this song ive heard. The line that relates is when the singer says "find what u wanna be and go be it"
