I don't know how much this can connect with my academic life. This does motivate me because I wish I could be this awesome. I don't know if there is anything that I can do that is this awesome.
I was inspired by this video because it really displays the fact that even people who are very professional in what they do make mistakes. Danny MCaskill still had to test the tricks he did and occasionally makes mistakes. It also shows that every person has a talent that may be below the surface. Just by looking at somebody, you probably could not tell that they were an amazing biker, but once the time you get to know that person you would have the chance to see that amazing talent. This same logic can be applied to most people and in this case it is necessary to get to know people and the talents they have to offer to the world because people truly are incredible in their talents.
I think that this video shows that some boundaries that were made in life, physically or mentally, can be overcome. Old warehouses that have been shut down for many years can be turned into a bikers heaven, just as your brain can think of whatever creative acts inspire you. This video shows me that I can break the physical and mental boundaries, and that I'm not just restricted to school, but rather that I have the whole world open before me.
The way that Danny MCaskill's Industrial Revolutions presentation relates to my world is that the video shows him testing out the places that he want to do tricks off of and it shows him setting up the area in order to accomplish the trick that he wants to do. In our world, we have to set up ourselves to achieve and we need to plan things out so that we can accomplish what it is we need to accomplish.
I think that Danny Macaskill relates to my world in the way of how he learned to ride a bike when he had never done anything like this before then all of a sudden he taught himself to ride a bike and started making videos. I think that he can connect to academic endeavors by how he has achieved many different things in his life. He has inspired me to do my best and never give up in what he does and he never has given up if he failed prior to this.

This relates to to my world because it shows you that you have to work hard for what you want, and that nothing comes easy.It Also shows that you must take risks and to have fun
I thought the video was pretty interesting, and I'm still wondering how some one would even think of doing some of those things. It shows that if your dedicated and put effort in to something you can succeed.
Well first of all, i thought this video was very interesting and it made me want to learn how to bmx. But with academics this can inspire me to keep achieving myy goals.
This video made my jaw drop and my heart beat. To think that he once wasn't even able to ride a bike and now he is doing back flips ten feet in the air and balancing on skinny bars with one tire. This video showed that anything is possible, it can even give motivation for an individual such as me to keep striving for their dreams. I want to keep pursuing writing and soccer, and this clip has proved to me that with some hard work and passion can get you far.
I feel like this guy really motivated me to work harder at the things I like to do in my life. I know that there are many things that I can do, but I haven't really pursued them to a professional extent. This guy helped me see that if you work hard at something, it will pay off and I should have a goal in my life that I want to work hard on and do as best as I can.
Danny wasn't just good at what he did the first time he tried it but through trial and error he increased his ability. This goes to show that things you want to be good at you need to work for it and have a dream. Never lose sight on your goal and never quit that is what being inspired means.
I don't see how this could relate to me academically, but watching this clip made me think about all those things people can do if they put their mind to it.
This video connects to my academic life by showing that if I work hard at it I am able to acompish any thing. This video also inspired me to keep working at lacrosse and be able to play in later years
At first when I watched this video I was not sure how something like this could possibly relate to my life and my ambitions, but it didn't take me long to realize that it did. This video was completely inspiring and I understood that the message was for me to do the best in everything that I do, because that's how things in life turn out to be worth while. The bike in the video was symbolic for life and the person was in control and took amazing risks and daring decisions that were inspiring to others. Ultimately you are in control of your life, so it's up to you show everyone the amazing things you can accomplish.
This video was very inspiring, and shows that you can achieve anything you put your mind to. I can definitely relate this to my world, because when I think about giving up on something, I think about what inspires me. This video shows me that I can do anything, even though it might seem impossible. This video also made me think of hidden talents. People don't know what they're good at until they try it, so they might as well try new things. The video also symbolizes following your dreams, no matter how many times you fail.
The clip reminded me that if one puts their mind to almost anything, it's possible. The example given was going into an abandoned area, and using it like it's a skatepark to have some fun. Looking at things in a completely different manner allows more opportunities to be offered to you. Granted it may not to be jumping off a platform to the surface at a height that is unimaginably difficult to recover yourself from literally, but in a metaphorical stance anything is possible.
This video expresses the true potential someone can achieve through simple effort. If one puts forth the effort to accomplish something, or sets a small goal that may grow onto another one, greatness can be achieved. It inspires me to continue to be dedicated both academically and outside of school. It is not hard for one to develop any unique skill if they simply put their mind to it.
I was inspired by the video because it showed me how amazing you can be at a certain skill if you put your mind to it. Danny MCaskill's was obviously not born with the natural talent to do these tricks he had to work hard and practice and that's what inspired me.
I found that this presentation has a specific connection to activities outside of school or work and focused on what we enjoy in life. The bike is just like hockey for me because it always takes work to get to the top and then you have to continue your work to remain at the top and I feel like the biker I do this in hockey.
This video showed me that if u work hard enough at anything, you can achive your goals. It has inspired me to work hard in school, but also pursue other activities as well as you never know what you will find when you look hard enough.
He inspired me to work hard even if I make mistakes. This works both in the academic field and in real world situations. It shows that even the people who do what they do the best can make mistakes but they don't give up so we shouldn't either.
There are many ways that the video connects to my life. Danny probably spent plenty of hours failing over and over countless numbers of times. The way I try to think of it, the more times you fall the more times you learn. Experiences are the base for knowledge. That leads to my next connection, school. All of our lives we are told to sit down and look at the board, read the book, then do the homework. Some people that works for but most people i know strive for the experiences. Learning isn't suppose to happen sitting down.
This relates to the world because you can do almost anything you want if you put your mind to it and practice enough. This connects with my academic endeavors because if I decide I want to go to medical school, if I try hard enough I could make it.
This person has clearly found a talent within himself, but at the same time it is obvious he wasn't just born this good and doing these bike tricks. But he took his talent and worked at it as much as he could, aiming to be something better. Academically, this applies through the idea of knowing your strengths and your weaknesses. When you know you are really good at something, challenge yourself to become even better if it is something you love.
It relates to my world because I noticed in his presentation that there were times when he did some risky things and makes it and that there are times I have to take risks. Somtimes I fail and others I am successful. I also noticed how many times he would fail but he wouldn't give up, he'd try again and again until he got it. Which is exactly what I do when I want something. There weren't any real connections with my academic endeavors.
this video was very inspiring i wish i could do all the things he was doing and he didnt even seem scared but if he would of messed up thats life changing for him he could seriously be injured but i guess it just goes to show you what you can do when your dedicated and you practice hard enough
